The Concept
Sentinel was conceptualized as a high-assurance mobile application for physical asset auditing and on-chain Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. The primary goal was to design an institutional-grade mobile experience that connects physical field inspections (such as oil refineries, grain silos, and solar farms) directly to Ethereum mainnet immutability. By combining a brutalist, neutral-canvas UI with precision status indicators, the product signals uncompromising security and regulatory compliance.
The design process centered on eliminating human fraud and friction in commodity verification. Every touchpoint—from biometric geofencing clearance and optical OCR seal recognition to physical Ledger hardware signing—was structured to ensure that real-world inventory can be audited, signed, and proven on-chain with speed and zero ambiguity.
Physical reality, cryptographic trust.
The field workflow was built for industrial auditors navigating high-stakes environments, prioritizing rapid data legibility and strict sequential verification before anchoring records to the blockchain. Inside the app, the interface guides auditors through biometric access, camera-based seal recognition, and hardware wallet transaction approvals, all backed by an immutable audit vault and real-time GIS route navigation.
Component-Driven Design
Every element starts from a single source of truth, a token-based system with a strict palette, typography scale, and a component library built for rapid data entry, real-time feedback, and dense financial record displays.
A functional industrial gray canvas keeps dense audit records legible. A confident green signals anchored cryptographic states, while vivid accents drive active field actions.
A single, highly legible geometric sans-serif across distinct weights ensures critical coordinates, OCR values, and hashes remain readable in all field lighting conditions.
An 8-point grid keeps dense inspection logs aligned. Precise tactile transitions give cryptographic hardware approvals an authoritative, instant feel.
